Resonance is in early beta

The product is actively evolving. Your content is private and processed only to provide the reflection service.

What is Resonance?

Resonance is a personal reflection companion. It helps you collect things that feel meaningful — songs, images, notes, links — before you fully understand why they resonate, and helps you prepare for therapy conversations.

Resonance is not a therapist, not a counselor, and not a crisis service. It does not provide medical or mental health treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact a crisis line or emergency services.

What we store

We store the following data associated with your account:

  • Artifacts you save: text, notes, links, uploaded files, emotion tags, and intensity ratings
  • AI-generated reflections, themes, and questions for your artifacts
  • Weekly Insight and Therapy Prep reports you generate
  • Reflection threads automatically grouped from your artifacts
  • Feedback you choose to submit

Your account is managed via Clerk (clerk.com), which stores your email address and authentication credentials. We do not store your password.

AI processing

When you save an artifact or generate a report, its content is sent to OpenAI's API to generate reflective summaries, themes, and questions. This processing happens on demand and is subject to OpenAI's privacy policy.

We do not use your content to train AI models. Content sent to OpenAI is used solely to generate the in-app reflection features.

Data isolation

Your artifacts, threads, and reports are private to your account. Other users cannot access your data. Uploaded files are served only to the account that uploaded them.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can delete all your artifacts, threads, and reports at any time from Settings → Delete my data. To request complete account deletion, contact us and we will delete all associated data within 30 days.
